At Rare Bird Collection, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail, artistry, and everyday elegance. Designed to accompany moments both meaningful and ordinary, our jewellery is made to be worn, enjoyed, and cared for over time.
Our Warranty
Every Rare Bird Collection piece is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Structural faults arising from production
- Loose stones or pearls, where original components are returned with the piece
Where a valid defect is identified, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion, subject to assessment and availability.
The Nature of Our Pieces
Each Rare Bird Collection piece is individually finished by hand.
Subtle variations in enamel detailing, stone inclusions, colour tones, textures, or form are part of the character and artistry of the piece, and should not be regarded as defects.
What The Warranty Does Not Cover
As with all fine jewellery and plated finishes, signs of natural wear may develop over time depending on use, environment, and care.
The warranty does not extend to:
- Scratches, dents, fading, or general wear over time
- Discolouration from exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, seawater, or swimming pools
- Damage arising from improper storage, impact, accidents, or handling
- Bent rings, prongs, settings, chains, clasps, bracelet links, or earring posts resulting from wear or external force
- Missing stones or components not returned with the piece
- Repairs, resizing, or modifications carried out by third parties
- Lost or stolen items
Eligibility
To make a warranty request, please provide:
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or gift receipt
- The date of purchase clearly indicated on the proof provided
- The item purchased through authorised Rare Bird Collection channels
Warranty coverage applies to purchases made through our official online store and authorised physical stockists. Purchases made through third-party online platforms or unauthorised sellers are not covered under our warranty programme.
Making A Warranty Request
We have kept the process simple and considered.

- Your name
- Email address
- A copy of the purchase receipt
- Clear photographs of the defective item
Repairs & Returns
Repairs approved under warranty will be carried out on a complimentary basis.
- Singapore return shipping is complimentary
- For international requests, a USD 20 return shipping and handling fee applies
Where a request falls outside warranty coverage, our team will advise on available repair options and associated fees before proceeding.
