About Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Can I change my order after it has been processed?

Due to our operating process, we can accommodate changes to the preferred stock within 12 hours of successful order processing. Please email us within this timeframe.

  • Modification deadline: Requests cannot be accepted after 12 hours from the time of processing.
  • Order modifications: If the value of the new item is lower than your original order, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
  • Price difference: If the new item exceeds the value of your original purchase, we will provide a separate payment link.
  • Payment timeline: If payment is not received within the stated period, we will proceed with sending the originally ordered items.
Can I cancel my order?

Currently, we do not offer order cancellations. Please ensure all items are correct before completing your checkout.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift-wrapping. Jewellery items will be packaged in our classic jewellery box and tied with a ribbon. Non-jewellery products will be wrapped using seasonal wrapping paper.

  • Gift-wrapping requests beyond 12 hours may not be accepted due to fulfillment requirements.
  • Once gift wrapping is applied or the box is sealed, you will not be able to view the contents without undoing the wrapping.
Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, you can include a personal message with your gift. We will write your message on one of our gift message cards.

What should I do if I have not received my order or if there is a problem with my delivery?

About Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping options available for Singapore?

We offer free delivery within Singapore, with no minimum spend required. Delivery is typically made within 3 to 5 working days.

We also provide delivery to hotels for customers visiting Singapore, with items dropped off at the reception counter. To arrange this, please email us upon purchase and we will confirm the location via email.

Free delivery is available to one location per order. Deliveries to additional locations may incur extra charges.

If you require same-day delivery, please contact us by email and we will do our best to accommodate your request for a nominal charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping through trusted partners such as DHL, UPS, and Singapore Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for international orders typically range from 5 to 14 working days, depending on your location.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Import taxes, customs-related charges, VAT, and GST are not included in the shipping cost and will be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item due to our error, we are happy to offer a replacement with the same product. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for jewellery besides manufacturing defects due to hygiene reasons.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For products that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, we will guide you through the return process at no additional cost. For replacements, we will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

All our jewellery has a process of artisan involvement, with jewellery pieces made one at a time. Our stone collection, for example, is crafted by artisans with each stone set individually to highlight its dimensional beauty.

Our jewellery features vibrant patterns set against a luxurious frame, complemented by exquisite craftsmanship.

What should I avoid when wearing my jewellery?

Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and creams. We recommend removing your jewellery before cleaning, exercising, bathing, showering, or swimming. Prolonged water exposure may cause discoloration, though occasional splashes or rain are fine after wiping down.

Keep your jewellery away from abrasive surfaces to help the metal coating last longer.

How should I store my jewellery?

For optimal protection, store your jewellery in its original cloth pouch and box. Avoid storing it where it may come into contact with hard surfaces.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

Our jewellery is coated with a durable micron layer of gold or silver colour plating. While the plating is resilient, longevity depends on how the pieces are cared for and stored.

How do I clean my jewellery?

Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth or use non-alcoholic, lotion-free wet wipes to remove dirt and oils. Dry with a soft cloth afterward. Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents.

How can I prevent tarnishing?

Store your jewellery in its original cloth pouch and box. Keep it away from hard surfaces and avoid exposure to moisture, chemicals, and abrasive materials.

Made with high-quality lacquered wood, each box is expertly crafted by skilled artisans. Vivid prints are showcased directly on the wood, allowing the natural beauty of the woodgrain to shine through.

How do I care for my lacquerware?

Use non-alcoholic, lotion-free wet wipes to gently remove dirt and oils. Dry the pieces with a soft cloth. In most cases, a soft cloth alone will suffice.

Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or paper towels, as they can damage the lacquer finish.
