We offer tracked delivery for local and international orders. Please review the guide below for estimated delivery timelines, shipping fees, returns, and exchange information.

Tracked shipping is available to the following destinations.

When can I expect my order to arrive in Singapore?

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Singapore. Our standard local delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 working days.

During sale periods, Christmas, or Chinese New Year, we may require additional time to pack and dispatch your order. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during these periods.

If your order includes an item marked “Preorder”, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard courier shipping for local Singapore orders.

Overseas shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and volumetric weight of your order.

* For courier delivery to Sentosa Island or Tuas, a $10 top-up may apply. We will contact you after purchase if this applies.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard courier shipping for delivery within Singapore.

What is the cut-off time for expedited shipping?

Our preferred partner is DHL. Expedited orders are usually sent on the same day if the order is placed by 2pm SGT, Monday through Friday.

If we are unable to arrange expedited shipping, we will inform you on the same day of your order.

Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?

Currently, we are unable to ship for Sunday or public holiday delivery. For urgent requests, please contact us at hello@rarebirdcollection.com so that we can assist you further.

What if I missed the courier delivery?

After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, your parcel may be returned to us. An additional delivery fee will apply if you would like to reschedule delivery.

Can I specify the date of delivery?

This option is only available for delivery in Singapore. Please opt for Express Courier if you would like to request a specific delivery date in advance. Do note that for Express Courier, only one delivery attempt will be made.

How do I send gifts to two or more different addresses?

Each order can only be delivered to one address. Please create separate orders if you would like to send gifts to different addresses.

Will my package be insured?

All packages are shipped uninsured. Our liability ends once the package has been accepted by the post office or third-party courier service. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping with trusted partners such as DHL, UPS, and Singapore Post for most products. Simply enter your destination country and available shipping option during checkout.

Import taxes, customs-related charges, VAT, and GST are not included in the shipping cost and will be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Customs policies and import duties vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays. At this time, we are able to ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, and selected countries in Asia and Southeast Asia.

How long will international shipping take?

For standard international shipping, it usually takes between 5 to 14 business days for the parcel to reach your country.

This estimate does not include delays caused by customs inspection or clearance. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

If your order is shipped through your local postal service, you may receive a notification from them regarding collection or delivery. Please contact your local postal service with the tracking number for more details.

Please note that we are unable to instruct overseas postal services to contact you before delivery or follow specific delivery instructions.

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.

However, if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item due to our error, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement of the same product.

To request a replacement, please email us at hello@rarebirdcollection.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Clear photos of the affected item
  • Your order number or proof of purchase
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

We will consider exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You have contacted us via email and received a reply titled “Returns Update”.
  • The item is:
    • Incorrect and still unopened in sellable condition, or
    • Has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The exchange is for an item of equal or higher value.
    • For higher-value items, we will send you a secure payment link for the price difference. The exchange will only be processed once the additional payment has been received.
    • If the new item is of lower value, please note that we are unable to refund the balance in cash or store credit.
  • Exchanges are valid for one-time only per item.

Please allow up to 3 working days for our team to respond to your exchange request. If we are unable to reply immediately, the date of your email will be recorded as the start of the exchange window.

Due to high order volumes and delivery schedules, exchanges may take 1–2 weeks to be processed and delivered.

Currently, we are only able to offer exchanges for delivery addresses within Singapore.
