WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE in Singapore?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Singapore. Our standard shipping estimated local delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days. Please drop us an email if you have an urgent order and we will do our best to accommodate to your request which may require extra charges.
During our sale period, or the period leading up to Christmas and Chinese New Year, we will take additional time to pack your orders. Please do a allow a few more days for the delivery of the items and take that into consideration during purchase.
If your order includes an item marked ‘Preorder’, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free ground shipping via standard courier on all local orders.
Overseas orders will have a shipping fee calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order.
* For courier services delivery to Sentosa Island or Tuas, there will be a $10 top-up. We will contact you for the transfer after your purchase.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer free shipping via standard courier for delivery in Singapore.
WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Our preferred partner is DHL and expedited orders are sent same day as long as the order is placed by 2pm est, Monday through Friday.
In event that we are unable to do expedited shipping, we will inform you on the same day of your order.
DO YOU DELIVER ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Currently, we are unable to ship for Sunday or public holiday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at hello@rarebirdcollection.com so that we can further assist you.
WHAT IF I MISSED THE COURIER DELIVERY?
After an unsuccessful delivery attempt for courier services, your parcel will be returned to us. An additional delivery fee will apply if you would like to reschedule delivery.
CAN I SPECIFY THE DATE OF DELIVERY?
This option is only available for delivery in Singapore. Please opt for Express Courier if you would like to specify the delivery date in advance. Do note that for Express Courier, only one delivery attempt will be made. *

HOW DO I SEND GIFTS TO TWO OR MORE DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
Each order will be delivered to only one address. You will have to create two orders if you would like to send two gifts separately to two different addresses.
WILL MY PACKAGE BE INSURED?
All packages will be shipped uninsured and our liability ends upon acceptance of the package by the post office or third-party courier service. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We offer international shipping with trusted partners such as DHL, UPS, and Singapore Post across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country and shipping option during checkout. Import taxes, customs-related charges, VAT, and GST are not included in the shipping cost and will be paid by the recipient upon delivery. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, please kindly check with the customs office of the destination country for further details on the De Minimis value or thresholds that may be liable for local duties/taxes.
Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays. At this time, we are able to ship to United Kingdom, the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, selected countries in Asia and Southeast Asia. Please scroll down the destination list during check out to find out if we deliver to your preferred destination.
HOW LONG WILL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?
For standard shipping(local postal), it usually takes between 5-14 business days to be sent to your country.
This does not consider any delays if for any reason your item is held by overseas customs inspection and clearance. Delivery times are only estimates and may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
If the international shipping is shipped through your local postal service, you should receive a notification from your postal service on where you can collect your order. Please contact your local postal service with the tracking number for more details.
Please note that we are unable to instruct any overseas postal services to contact you prior to delivery or provide them with specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave at riser or hang at gate).
