Where are the products manufactured?
Each Rare Bird Collection product is thoughtfully designed by our in-house designer in Singapore and crafted by carefully selected artisans and workshops to ensure high-quality, skillfully made pieces. Our products are primarily manufactured in the Asian region.
Where is your showroom?
Currently, we offer our full range of products online, and selected collection through a few carefully selected stockists. Feel free to reach out to us via message or email to inquire about the range available at different stockists.
How long does it take to process my order?
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, they are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 2-3 working days. However, kindly note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.
Can I change my order after it has been processed?
Certainly! Due to our operating process and the need to prepare items within a stipulated time, we can accommodate changes to the preferred stock within 12 hours of a successful order processing. Please email us within this timeframe, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my order?
Currently, we do not offer order cancellations. Please ensure all items are correct before completing your checkout.
Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
Yes, we offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service. For our jewellery collection, your items will be beautifully packaged in our classic, iconic jewellery box, tied with a ribbon. For non-jewellery products, we will wrap them using our seasonal wrapping paper.
If you'd like to take advantage of this service, please email us within 12 hours of your successful order at hello@rarebirdcollection.com, and we’ll ensure your items are ready for gifting.
Please note:
We are unable to accept gift-wrapping requests beyond 12 hours after your order has been placed due to time fulfilment requirements.
Once the gift wrap is applied or the box is sealed with a ribbon, you won’t be able to view the contents without undoing the wrapper and ribbon.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can include a personal message with your gift. We will write your message on one of our beautifully designed gift message cards, adding that special personal touch.
Similar to our gift-wrapping service, please email us within 12 hours of your successful order at hello@rarebirdcollection.com if you'd like to include a gift message, and we will ensure it’s included with your gift.

What are the shipping options available for Singapore?
We offer free delivery within Singapore, with no minimum spend required, and delivery is typically made within 2-3 working days.
We also provide delivery to hotels for customers visiting Singapore, with items dropped off at the reception counter. To arrange this, please email us upon purchase, and we will confirm the location via email. Delivery will be made the next working day, once the location is confirmed via email.

Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item due to our error, we’re happy to offer a replacement with the same product. To initiate a replacement, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged or faulty item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

For products that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, we will guide you through the return process at no additional cost to you via email. For the replacement required, we will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
