Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
However, if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item due to our error, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement of the same product.
To request a replacement, please email us at hello@rarebirdcollection.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
Clear photos of the affected item
Your order number or proof of purchase
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will consider exchanges under the following conditions:
You have contacted us via email and received a reply titled ‘Returns Update’.
The item is:
Incorrect and still unopened in sellable condition, or
Has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
Proof of purchase is provided.
The exchange is for an item of equal or higher value.
For higher-value items, we will send you a secure payment link for the price difference. The exchange will only be processed once the additional payment has been received.
If the new item is of lower value, please note that we are unable to refund the balance in cash or store credit.
Exchanges are valid for one-time only per item.
Please allow up to 3 working days for our team to respond to your exchange request. If we are unable to reply immediately, the date of your email will be recorded as the start of the exchange window.
Due to high order volumes and delivery schedules, exchanges may take 1–2 weeks to be processed and delivered.
Currently, we are only able to offer exchanges for delivery addresses within Singapore.
